A great feature of the boat is the full sized bathroom with a vanity, step flush toilet , and a full residential sized shower. there is a large loft that the kids love and will easily sleep 4 adults, The main salon has a sleep sofa and is very spacious. The boat has shore and ships hot and cold water, full AC, 12volt and 110V shore power. The outboard is an older model 115 Johnson that runs well and moves the boat perfectly. A generator is not installed but I have a new 30 amp Generac in our store that could be made available. When you think of the price of Lake property this boat is a bargain at $64,500 including trailer. The boat is on Beautiful Sutton lake in Central West Virginia just off Interstate 79.
